VTG 50s Enamel Cake Carrier Floral Mid Century Kitchen Decor Kitsch Mod

Mid-century charm with just the right amount of kitsch—this vintage enamel cake carrier feels more like a display piece than something meant to be tucked away. Dating to the 1950s, this set includes all four original components: base, locking bracket, cake tin, and lid. The off-white enamel is accented with a cheerful yellow and orange floral motif that leans perfectly into that atomic-era, Scandinavian-meets-folk design language. It’s functional, but honestly shines as a styled kitchen piece—perfect for open shelving, a retro-inspired space, or anyone curating a warm, collected home. The kind of object that instantly adds personality without trying too hard. Condition reflects age in the best way: light scuffs, some surface wear, minor rust along the base, and a small dent in the lid (shown). Structurally sound and fully intact.
