Description
The Hanimex Praktica Nova B (or 1B) is a manual 35mm SLR film camera made in East Germany by Pentacon around 1967, featuring an uncoupled selenium exposure meter. It uses an M42 lens mount, has shutter speeds from 1 second to 1/500s plus Bulb, a fixed eye-level pentaprism viewfinder with a split-image focusing screen, and a front-mounted shutter release button with a lock. The camera body is constructed from a die-cast zinc-aluminum alloy.
