Smathers and Branson sizing is a little unusual--please be sure you're familiar with their sizing system before purchase. (Belt measures approximately 46 inches to the middle hole.)  The easiest way to determine a Smathers & Branson belt size is to add 2-3 inches to a man's pant size. If the recipient wears multiple pant sizes, use the larger size and add 2-3 inches. To determine the correct belt size, we recommend using chino style pants and not denim or athleisure wear.  Some wear to underside of leather with holes, a little curving to belt.
