Excellent condition. No stains, tears, rubbing, cracks, etc. Very minor pilling in a couple spots (not noticeable, and can be easily removed). Minor stretching of leather flap on left corner that covers zipper pull. Some edge coat wear present on the edge of that leather piece. Not ripped at all, not obvious. Does not affect functionality. Super clean interior & exterior. Bag is roomy and would make a great diaper bag!
