Tori Richard Hawaiian Style Mens Loose Island Pants Size 38 Beige/Khaki Colored 100% Tencel Lyocell Tagged size 38 Measured they are: 39 inches around the waist 31 inches for the inseam (with the hems folded as seen in the pictures) 14 inches for the rise 9.5 inches measuring the ankle opening, folded flat (19 inches circumference)  The color shows up different in each of the pictures depending on the lighting. The photos of the pants laying on the table is the best color description.  These pants are in good used condition with a couple small marks down one leg, they're pretty hard to notice. The cuffs were stitched up but some of the stitches have popped and the roll is releasing. I did not mend this in the event you'd like to let out those cuffs, which would give a bit more length. Otherwise, a couple stitches and they'll be nicely folded back up into place.
