This is a PS5 controller.
I purchased it about 6 months ago, and I estimate the actual usage period to be around 1 month. (It might not have even been used for a full month.)
There is a scratch-like mark on the right side of the main unit.
There are also scratches on the surface of the box.

No drift, and all buttons respond normally. *I do not have a PS5 on hand, so I tested its functionality using an iPad.
