Charming HB Quimper faience mustard pot from Quimper, France, complete with original lid and spoon. Lid features a notched rest to hold the spoon when serving — a classic and practical design. Cream ground with hand-painted decoration on both sides: a traditional Breton peasant woman in colorful regional dress on one side, and a floral motif with ferns on the other. Cobalt blue rim detail and orange accent handle add to the vivid, characteristically Quimper palette. Marked on the base: HB Quimper France with shape number F31 and painter's code 3804 CY — consistent with 1970s–1980s production. Spoon is resin, marked France. Measures approximately 3.5 tall with lid. Condition: Excellent — no chips, cracks, or crazing on pot, lid, or spoon.
