VTG Villeroy & Boch 12" Square Quadra Crystal Serving Tray/Platter/Dish

The Quadra collection was produced by Villeroy & Boch, a prestigious German ceramics and glassware manufacturer founded in 1748. This distinctive ribbed crystal design emerged during the late 20th century, reflecting the company's commitment to combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics. The squared form with vertical ribbing creates an elegant play of light and shadow, characteristic of quality European crystal production. This piece appeals to collectors of mid-to-late 20th century European glassware and those who appreciate functional art for entertaining. Villeroy & Boch pieces are valued by enthusiasts of fine tableware and crystal collectors who seek well-crafted, designer pieces that bridge everyday functionality with decorative appeal. The Quadra line's geometric elegance makes it particularly attractive to collectors of modernist design and those furnishing homes with sophisticated European tableware.
