Vintage Pasari 9" Clear Pressed Glass Plate | 1970s Shrimp Lobster Crawfish

Vintage 9 pressed glass plate by Pasari Indonesia. Clear glass with a frosted matte rim and a deeply embossed relief design in a naturalistic shrimp, crawfish, or lobster motif with detailed segmentation, claws, and antennae covering the interior surface. Maker's mark PASARI embossed in the glass. These plates belong to the Mid-Century Modern and retro coastal design era. The design style peaked in popularity during the 1970s. They were created using a heavy pressed glass or reverse-embossed technique. The intricate lobster detailing is raised on the textured underside, keeping the top surface completely smooth for serving. Works as a dinner plate, salad plates, serving plate, or decorative display piece. Hand washing recommended. I have 7 available at time of listing, sold individually. Size: 9 diameter Material: Pressed glass Origin: Indonesia Condition: Very good vintage. No chips or cracks noted. Normal light surface wear.
