This is a pair of Vintage Par Four Mens Boat Shoes in the size 9.5. Rare and hard to find- this is a fantastic pair! Leather upper in a Bright Kelly Green W/White Laces, Preppy Look. Soft interior for comfort. They look NEW, like they have never been worn-see pictures. Vintage tends to run smaller so please check the measurements. I also believe they could be worn by a woman.
