Many people have tried this on in my storefront boutique and bought this dress. The waist is zip up in the back.   Waist is NOT adjustable. SZ M=fit 4/6 fits (tagged as  M)= fits size S  Tagged as size M - fits 6ish with B cup (C maybe) No stretch in waist!  Measurements are of size M medium.
