Emerald Sundae Strapless Dress - White with Blue Floral Clip Dot

I think this is more of a junior sized dress. Measurements are included to help you ensure a proper fit. It is brand new without tags. It has a built-in bra with padded cups. Closes with a zipper on the side. It is a white background with beautiful blue flowers and a clip dot background. Skirt is fully lined. It has a keyhole back with an extra section of material that almost looks like a big bow.
