There is a smaller zipper pocket with divided slip pockets that include pen holders and one larger pocket. Two larger zipper closure pockets. Top handle and adjustable crossbody strap. Zipper around the outer edge that expands the bag to a wider size. Good pre-owned condition. Some discoloration to the coating on one of the larger interior pockets.
