Regarding Price Reductions
We generally do not offer price reductions for items that have just been listed, have recently had their price reduced, or are already at the lowest price during a sale.
In other cases, or if several days have passed since the last update, please consult us by stating your desired price.

Regarding Purchases
For items available for immediate purchase, you can buy them without commenting.
Even if there are ongoing conversations in the comments, you can still make a purchase.
If you plan to pay at a convenience store and your payment will take more than 24 hours after purchase, please comment in advance.
Please refrain from purchasing items that are reserved or marked as not available for immediate purchase.

Regarding Shipping
We generally use standard mail for shipping.
If you are concerned about potential issues such as shipping accidents, non-delivery, or damage, and may not leave a positive review or complete the receipt confirmation, please change to a shipping method with tracking and insurance *before* purchasing.
We can change the shipping method for an additional fee, so please consult us via comment before purchasing.
If you cannot understand this, we politely ask you to refrain from purchasing from us.

Regarding Products
We will always state if an item has been used or if there are any specific reasons for its condition.
However, even for new and unused items, all products may have initial scratches.
For example, can badges, clear charms, acrylic items, tablets, Senjafuda (paper stickers), POP cards, and photo cards may have initial scratches.
Items with protective seals may have scratches, dirt, or tears on the protective seal itself.
Can badges are prone to scratches, and there may be marks that look like dirt on the back.
Clear charms may have air bubbles, causing the color to differ from other parts, or they may have wrinkles.
For paper and sticker items, they may be managed without individual bags at the venue and handed over without bags. As the material is paper, there may be initial scratches on the corners or surface.
The product bags themselves may have folds, wrinkles, or creases.
We check for obvious defects at the time of listing and packing, so please purchase with understanding.
If you have any questions other than the above after arrival, please contact us.

Regarding Holds
We are likely to refuse requests, but please consult us with a clear date and a promise to purchase regardless of any reason, without cancellation.
