Texas Cookbook Arthur & Bobbie Coleman 1949 + Newspaper Articles and Recipes  This listing includes a signed copy of The Texas Cookbook by Arthur and Bobbie Coleman published in 1949. The book has considerable wear including yellowing pages. The dust jacket has some staining and has been taped together. The cover itself is in decent shape. Please see pictures. The book had several newspaper articles stored in it and as a result has several yellowed spots in the shape of the articles.   You will receive the articles which includes some recipes and articles about the authors of this book. I do not know how old the articles are. They have been removed from the book and will be placed in acid free packaging for preservation.   All material has been stored in a smoke free, climate controlled environment.
