Hand Thrown Studio Pottery Game Hen Garlic Herb Roaster Planter Jewelry Holder

Unique one of a kind OOAK Studio Pottery piece. Uses: Cornish game hen baker: A Cornish game hen weighs roughly 1 to 2 pounds and fits perfectly over a 5-inch base and a shorter, wide-set central cylinder. The built-in lip indentation allows you to easily pour off the rendered fat or juices to use for individual-sized glazes or pan gravies. Roasted garlic and herb infuser: The piece serves as a dedicated roasting cell for an entire bulb of garlic or fresh aromatics. Slice the top off a whole head of garlic and rest it face-down over the open central tube, or drop peeled cloves right inside the ring. Drizzle olive oil over the top, cover the whole setup with aluminum foil, and roast it in the oven. The basin catches oil overflow, while the open tube speeds up the caramelization process.
