This charming box was crafted in the traditional Fedoskino style, known for its oil-paint miniatures, soft realism, and richly layered lacquer finish. The artist depicts Snegurochka in her classic winter blue coat, standing in a snowy landscape accented with trees, delicate branches, and a tiny winter bird. The interior is finished in the signature bright red lacquer, a hallmark of traditional Russian lacquerware. Measuring approximately 3 x 5 inches, it's the ideal size for jewelry, keepsakes, small ornaments, or decorative display. Condition: This vintage piece shows signs of age and use including surface scratches, corner wear, and light lacquer loss. The artwork remains intact and beautifully detailed.
