Sally Spicer is a San Francisco-based designer who uses eco-friendly American-made materials as well as manufacturing. This bag is from one of her earlier collections in 2000. Features a snap closure, adjustable shoulder strap, exterior front pocket, and Hallmark red lining with lots of pockets.. measuring 12 inches in width, 11 inches in height, and 6 inches in depth. There is a small hole at the bottom, see pic.
