This is a porcelain doll by artist JEANNIE DI MAURO, specifically identified as the Boy Jack doll from her Jack and Jill collection. This lifelike 7.5-inch porcelain doll is an ANTIQUE REPRODUCTION of a 1910-ish KESTNER HUEBACH all-bisque doll, and is signed on the back of Jack’s neck by artist, JEANNIE DI MAURO (it is rare to find a signed doll). Boy Jack features a jointed bisque body with detailed fingers and toes, painted facial features, sculpted hair, and intaglio eyes. The doll is dressed in a white shirt with polka dots and yellow overalls. Jeannie Di Mauro is known for her imaginative doll designs, often drawing inspiration from nursery rhymes.
