Antique Sterling Silver Gravy Boat by Boardman & Co. — 270g Solid Silver, Pedest

A classic American sterling gravy boat by Boardman & Company, dating to the early 20th century. The form is elegant and well-balanced, with a long, tapering spout and a cast scroll handle that adds both visual weight and substance in the hand. This is a substantial piece at 270 grams. The handle is solid sterling, not hollow, and the overall construction reflects the heavier gauge typical of earlier silver tableware. It sits on a raised pedestal base and pours cleanly. The surface has been gently polished with a sunshine cloth to bring back its natural brightness while preserving detail in the handle and joins. There are light surface scratches and a few small dings consistent with regular use over time. No major dents or structural issues. A versatile piece — equally at home on a dining table or styled as a decorative object.
