Can be worn with a belt but the belt is missing. Two chest pockets and two side pockets. Sleeves can be adjusted with the button. Made from 100% cotton. Measurements as follows: Armpit to armpit - approximately 17 inches Sleeve length - approximately 23 inches Front length - approximately 33 inches Back length - approximately 37 inches
