Vintage sterling silver filigree heart pendant on a sterling box chain. The heart features openwork filigree — a scrolled, lacy outer border framing a leaf-and-vine center motif — with diamond-cut faceting along the edges that catches the light. Suspended from a ridged bail. The pendant back is stamped 925 with an M maker's mark; the box chain is marked 925 Italy and finishes with a spring ring clasp.
