DEPT 56 Wooden Hinged Snowman Storage Box Dome Top Handpainted Christmas Winter

Dimensions: approximately 11 long x 7 deep x 6.5 tall This Department 56 hinged wooden box features an adorable hand-painted snowman family standing together under a moonlit starry night. A cozy house sits in the background with smoke coming from the chimney, a cute cat resting under the moon and a sweet bunny hopping through the yard. There are also snow-covered trees and darling birds. The front and the top of this wooden box depict the same sweet artwork framed in a checkered pattern that reminds me of the style of MacKenzie-Childs. The sides and back of the box are painted a muted blue with falling snow. This nice-sized box would be perfect holding Christmas cards, pens and postage; some of your favorite ornaments; or sitting on the coffee table during the holidays storing unsightly items such as remote controls. It's festive and homey but the muted colors don't overwhelm. Perfect for farmhouse, shabby chic, cottage, maximalist, and nature decors, to name a few. Condition: Very good condition with some tiny areas where bits of paint have faded, which only adds to the shabby chic charm! Crosslisted.
