Celluloid clothing/ shoe brush featuring natural bristles. Yellow swirl celluloid is possibly bakelite but not tested yet. Bristles are probably horse hair and in great condition. Monogram is embossed but the black is a bit worn off, not unusual for it's age. Fun item for a vanity. x05
