Hardcover book with a distinctive 1/4 black cloth spine with patterned gold zigzag detailing alongside bright yellow cloth boards. No dust jacket. Antoinette and Francois Pope were directors of the famous Antoinette Pope School in Chicago. The book compiles recipes taught at their school, blending mid-century American classics with traditional Italian and Parisian haute cuisine influences. Vintage used book with obvious signs of age and wear.
