The pattern on this specific item was named Paint Splash (blue) from the 1995 line of the Rush Limbaugh ties. pre-owned and in excellent condition, The silk really shines with a beautiful finish. The scarf is 60 inches long by 10 inches wide. Please note that the scarf does NOT have the tag any more.
