Oven and dishwasher safe. * Baking Pan: 8 x 8 non-stick carbon steel by Made By Design (Target). * Accessories: Custom-fit chrome wire cooling/baking rack and one (1) handheld culinary torch. * Important Note: Torch is shipped empty; butane fuel is not included.  Very good pre-owned condition. Ramekins are free of chips or cracks. Baking pan shows minor cosmetic surface wear from water bath use (see photos).
