Vintage Scandinavian Rosette Iron Set

The set includes various cast aluminum irons in seasonal shapes—like a snowflake, Christmas tree, and snowman—and a threaded, heat-safe handle that allows you to swap the molds. Dip in Batter: Quickly dip the hot iron into a thin, chilled batter made of eggs, milk, flour, and sugar. It is critical to only dip up to the top edge; if the batter goes over the top, the cookie will be trapped on the iron. Fry until Golden: Return the batter-coated iron to the hot oil.
