Excellent like new condition Vintage United States Navy Black 3 Ring Portfolio & Pen Embroidered Logo. Beautiful 3 ring foldwr/portfolio/organizer with ID pocket and pen holder. My husband never used it so it sat in his desk. There is slight blemish that can be seen at certain angles, but still in amazing condition. Please also note the pin is included with the navy logo however, it does need ink as it does not right.
