Victorian Antique Early 1900’s GF Mechanical Pencil

Please open and zoom in on all photos as they best describe item.  Piece of history right here!  Stunning Gold Filled mechanical pencil from early 1900’s.  Inlay throughout the piece, blue enamel around outer edge of top, with copper flowers and citrine glass at top.  Still has its hanger loop.   I’m not familiar with antique pencils but in my opinion this is a fabulous piece for any collection.  When found the tip was stuck inside, it appears that the slider piece on outside to extend and retract is missing.  Or not?  Again I’m not an antique pencil expert.
