Launched circa 1953/1954 and discontinued in the 1980s, this Tahitian-inspired fragrance is a holy grail for Mid-Century Modern (MCM) collectors and enthusiasts.  THE BOTTLE: This is a massive Store Tester bottle featuring the iconic bamboo-inspired design. It is substantial, heavy, and serves as a stunning centerpiece for any vintage vanity.  THE SCENT: Authenticated liquid (not a factice/dummy). The fragrance has been exceptionally well-preserved in a cool, dry place. I can personally pick up the deep, authentic notes of oakmoss, sandalwood, and tropical florals. It remains a vibrant example of 1950s perfumery.
