Vintage Early 1990s Calico Revival Quilt,Flying Geese Patchwork,Teal Cottagecore

Vintage 1990s country patchwork quilt with a teal floral border and colorful Flying Geese pattern in classic calico revival prints. A soft, cheerful piece with handmade character.  This quilt features rows of traditional Flying Geese blocks in reds, dusty pinks, blues, sage greens, creams, and tiny floral calico prints against a teal floral background. The mix of fabrics and slightly imperfect piecing gives it a handmade or small-scale artisan sewn feel, though it is unmarked. The overall look strongly reflects late 1980s to early 1990s country decor and Calico Revival styling.  The quilt has a light to medium weight feel and works beautifully layered over a bed, folded at the foot of a bed, draped over a sofa, as a graphic wall covering, or even used as a picnic or porch blanket. The teal border softens the bold geometric patchwork nicely and gives it a fresh cottagecore look.  Best suited for a modern Twin or Full bed. There are a few small seam separations and occasional light stains that remained after laundering. Some mild pilling is present on the white backing fabric. No major tears or structural damage noted.
