NWOT Williams Sonoma Teak Wood Cutting & Carving Board (Large)
Williams Sonoma
This cutting board from Williams Sonoma is as functional as it is attractive. It's crafted from a teak wood that is durable and FSC-certified to come from responsibly managed forests. The wood is finished with food-grade beeswax. The board's design is reversible, meaning, you can use both sides. One side features perimeter wells to catch and hold juices. Williams Sonoma says the board's resilient surface and edge-grain construction will help maintain knife edges and should withstand years of consistent use. The board is also engraved with the Williams Sonoma logo. The board is large, measuring 13 x 16 x 3/4 thick and weighing 7 lb. It is NWOT: in brand-new condition and never used, but without its original packaging (which was just plastic wrap.) This board was originally sold as the largest in a set of 3. However, it is being sold here as a single board/on its own. Even though this board is NWOT, it does have a couple of light marks on it. These marks, which are each shorter than 1 inch in length, simply look lighter in color than the rest of the board (see photos). They are not scuffs or cuts in the wood; if you touch them, they don't feel any different from the rest of the board. I believe they are just natural variations in the teak wood and finish. FYI, the first 2 photos in this listing are professional marketing photos. The other photos are of the board being sold here. It retails for about $75. The price here includes $18 for overage shipping due to its weight
