Vintage Farrington Genuine Texol Travel Jewelry Case Brass Trim Victorian Plaque

Vintage Farrington travel jewelry and accessory case featuring genuine Texol covering, brass-tone metal trim, metal interior dividers, and decorative Victorian gentleman and lady plaques mounted on the lid. A wonderful mid-century travel accessory with strong decorative appeal and substantial all-metal construction. This estate-found piece measures approximately 9 x 4 x 2 and retains its original Farrington marking: Fashioned by Farrington – Genuine Texol. The warm caramel-brown textured covering, brass accents, and Victorian-inspired plaques give the case an elegant vintage appearance that displays beautifully on a vanity, dresser, desk, or bookshelf. The interior is lined in cork-composition material with metal dividers for organizing jewelry, cufflinks, keepsakes, sewing notions, small collectibles, or other personal items. The case has a surprisingly solid, heavy feel and quality construction uncommon in many modern storage pieces. Condition is vintage estate-found condition. I have not attempted to clean, polish, repair, or restore the case. It shows age-related wear including surface marks, interior staining, wear to the covering, finish loss, and other signs of use and storage consistent with age. The decorative plaques and personalized initials L.G.Y. are present on the lid. Please review all photographs carefully as they are part of the description and condition report. A distinctive vintage Farrington piece with mid-century character, ideal for collectors
