Brand new and unused. There are a few marks because when I replaced the thong strap on the Geta (wooden clogs) I purchased new, I removed the original one that came with it.
The marks remain, but they do not affect usability.
The gingham check pattern and the red lining are soft, designed to be comfortable and prevent pain.
