This discontinued IKEA LUSTIGT multi-craft weaving loom set was designed by Sarah Fager and created to encourage hands-on creativity and skill development. The loom allows weaving with yarn, shoestrings, ribbon, or even recycled plastic bags, making it a fun and practical craft tool. It features small legs for tabletop stability but can also be comfortably used on a lap, with adjustable thread spacing for tighter or looser weaving projects. Designed for children ages 6+, weaving helps develop fine motor skills, focus, and creative problem solving, making it ideal for home use, classrooms, or homeschooling environments. Overall size is approximately 19 5/8” wide by 21 1/4” high. Made from plywood with clear lacquer, polyester warp ribbon, and polypropylene plastic components.
