Vintage, hand-blown amber art glass purse vase design society. It is 9”x7”x3” It is in great condition. There are a few little black spots in the glass by the rim between the handles see photos. And also, I don’t know if it’s a chip out of the bottom or if it’s just the way the bottom is, but it’s really smooth. See photo also.
