Description
Vintage wood hanger made by Pacific Coat Hanger Mfg. Co in Los Angeles. Advertising a business in Honolulu, Hawaii: The Island Dying & Cleaning Works. This information is engraved in the wood, along with their phone number and address. This belonged to my parents, but I have no idea where they got it from (I don’t think either has ever been to Hawaii), so it’s possible that they’re not the original owners. My guess is that someone probably gave it to my dad. I don’t know what decade it’s from, but my guess is the 70s because of the hook shape and the hanger construction. SFPF home
