Description
Unique hand-painted slate wall decor featuring a whimsical clown with a red balloon, signed by Diane and originating from New Orleans. This charming piece is crafted from roofing slates mined in Pennsylvania and transported down the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers, repurposed from an old building on Bourbon Street dating back to the early 1800s, once owned by the merchant LeMoyne. The slate is individually hand-shaped, adding to its distinctive character and historical significance.
