The console is tested and working, and comes with a memory stick, charger, and sleeve. When it loads a game, something inside the PSP is VERY loud, so please be aware of that. It loads and runs the games fine, it's just loud. There's dirt/grime down in the cracks of the system that I just can't get out as well as some general scratches and marks.
