The plaque details the mill's history from its original water-powered location on Panther Creek to its relocation to Gretna in 1927. It commemorates the mill's resilience, noting it continued to prosper despite fires in 1953 and 1963. It highlights the mill's branded flour products: Golden Rule, Best Yet, and Eagle.
