Description
This is a vintage hand-carved wooden fish nutcracker. It is a folk art collectible, often found in Scandinavian or Swedish designs. The nutcracker features detailed hand-carved scales and a wooden hinge pin. Similar items often date back to the mid-20th century, such as the 1930s or 1960s. It functions by placing a nut in the mouth and pressing the tail end to crack the shell.
