The strap sits comfortably on your shoulder at 1.75 wide. The interior is fully lined in a light tan and beige print silky fabric. There are 3 slip packets on one side and a zipper pocket on the other side. One slip pocket has a red leather snap tab, and the zip pocket has the red leather patch with the Jones New York name plate. Lots of room for all your essentials.
