The Kollection Ltd. Vintage Black and White Polka Dot Dress Size 6

Label: The Collection Condition: Excellent (see guide below) Flaws: Marked Size: 6 (vintage) Measurements: (refer to pics)  Description  This is a vintage black dress with white polka dots. It is made of 100% cotton and is size 6. The dress has a fitted bodice with a pleated skirt and short sleeves. There is a small belt at the waist. Check out those buttons details!   Condition Guide MINT: Virtually no wear, mostly refers to clothing that has never been worn/NWT. EXCELLENT: Expected signs of wear, with consideration of the age, but hardly any signs of wear. VERY GOOD: Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from wear. GOOD: Garment has obvious condition, but overall intact. Could use mending and / or cleaning. FAIR: A piece that is most likely not wearable, but could serve as a fantastic inspiration piece.
