Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Grand Canyon Split Twig Figurine Sleeping Beauty French Wire Earrings in great condition. No visible stamp. Purchased from a store in the Grand Canyon and was sold as Genuine Sterling Silver and Turquoise Sleeping Beauty Beads. History on the original Split Twig figurines: They were found hidden in caves throughout the Colorado Plateau and the Grand Canyon areas. They were crafted out of willow. The twigs were shaped into different animal figurines. These earrings replicate the original split twig figurines.
