Excellent used condition. I bought this when my only child was nearly out of diapers simply because I love the bag so much. Only visible flaw is a tiny scratch on the back shown in the pictures. One hidden zipper for the built in removable changing pad is missing the pull tab but still fully functional and not visible from the outside. No signs of wear on the inside or corners.
