Set of 3 Vintage Brooches Signed by M Jent, Napier & Crown Trifari

Lovely set of 3 vintage brooches by well known jewelry makers during the last century.  The first brooch, starting from the left side of the first picture is signed M Jent with a copyright symbol before the M. It is silver tone in a broad swirl design. M Jent produced American costume jewelry from the late 1970's to 1990's often featuring classic motifs and abstract/modernist styles.  The second brooch by Napier is in a gold tone knotted ribbon design. Napier jewelry initially began as E.A. Bliss Co in 1878, becoming Napier in 1922 under James H. Napier. During the Napier era (1920's to 1999) the company was renowned for bold, innovative designs and high-quality costume pieces. This brooch is signed NAPIER with a copyright symbol suggesting this piece was made in the 1930's to 1950's.  The third brooch is signed with the Crown TRIFARI, (crown over the T) followed by a copyright symbol and is in a textured silver tone swirl leaf design with a glossy silver line as the midrib of the leaf. Gustavo Trifari began the company around 1910. This brooch signature was used between 1955-1969 marking a period during which French designer, Alfred Philippe created many famous pieces, adding to its success. Trifari is one of the iconic costume jewelry brands of the 20th century known for elegant designs mimicking fine jewelry while using affordable materials.
