Vintage Boho Cottagecore Ivory Chiffon Beaded Velvet Flower Sleeveless Blouse Tank  This is a women's size Large sleeveless evening or special-occasion shell/top made from a sheer chiffon or silk-organza-like outer layer over a lightweight lining.  Features are: Velvet appliqué flowers in a soft mauve/lavender color. Tiny seed beads and sequins at the flower centers. A soft ivory or pale cream ground. Hand-guided floral embroidery/appliqué scattered across the garment. A simple, boxy sleeveless silhouette with a rounded neckline.  Since the labels are missing, I believe the outer fabric could be: Silk chiffon or silk organza (higher-end possibility), or Polyester chiffon (more common). The velvet flowers appear to be Rayon/silk velvet appliqués, Burnout velvet motifs stitched onto the sheer ground.  In great pre-owned condition.
