[A Sacred Scene Passed Down Through Generations]
In the tenth lunar month, when all the gods of Japan gather in Izumo for Kannazuki (the month when gods are away), it is said in this region that the gods first descend upon Mount Kotobiki in Iinan Town. Carefully cultivated in this land blessed with crisp air and pure water, and dedicated to Izumo Taisha Shrine, this special grain. Shirabidou's Kami-mai (divine rice) quietly captures that prayer in crystal form.
