Rare Tenkawa Benzaiten Silver and Gold Leaf Covered I??zu (approx. 10x10cm) 256.47g

The Isuzu (bell) is a sacred treasure passed down from ancient times at Tenkawa Benzaiten Shrine, a power spot that is difficult to reach. According to legend, when Amaterasu Omikami hid herself in the Ama-no-Iwato cave, Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto danced before the cave with a spear adorned with a chimaki (a spear with a sacred bell), praying for the divine power and majesty of the gods. This dance caused the cave to open, illuminating the heavens and earth. The Isuzu is said to be similar to the sacred bell used by Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto in this legend.

Several decades ago, I received this sacred bell at Tenkawa Benzaiten Shrine and kept it in its paulownia box on my home altar, occasionally ringing it for purification.
I have been blessed with many good things while under its protection, but as I am now concluding my spiritual practice, I wish to pass it on to someone else. The Isuzu has been purified.
The original paulownia box has aged, so it has been placed in a new paulownia box. It is made of silver with gold leaf, but please refer to the photos for the opening of the bell. The color has faded slightly, but it is not noticeable (in my opinion). As this is a used item, we ask for your understanding before purchasing.
The booklet and talisman shown in the photos were also received at Tenkawa Benzaiten Shrine and will be included.

The Isuzu talisman depicts the Isuzu, a symbol of Tenkawa Shrine, with three overlapping bells. It is said to have power for family safety, physical health, and as a deity of performing arts and music!
It will be delivered in a new paulownia box.
Returns are not accepted.
(Current reference price: 350,000 yen)
The paulownia box measures approximately 10 x 10 cm.
